Aspen Siding and Windows has assembled a staff qualified to construct, and maintain virtually any commercial, multi-family, or residential home improvement project. From the sales men through production everyone adheres to our mantra of quality and exceptional service. With this view in mind, you can be assured your project will be completed with the attention to detail that you deserve. Please take a moment to learn a little about our staff.
Michael Sanchez: Owner
Michael is a construction industry veteran since 1992. He began his career working in the brick mason's union for local commercial contractors. Michael was introduced to the necessity of proper water proofing and water diversion practices to protect against Oregon's inclement weather. After several years of siding, window, door and general remodel and construction sales and project management, Michael decided to invest all of his knowledge, expertise, instincts and energy into his own company - Aspen Exteriors.
Gordon Rose: Operations Manager
Gordon brings to Aspen Siding and Windows his well rounded business skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Previously, Gordon worked for a plumbing company that serviced the Metro area, Salem and SW Washington. He started with the company with only seven employees, and helped it grow to over 80. Gordon's background includes sales, customer service, accounting, training and management. Gordon’s position includes Implementing policy and procedure, project support, financial operations and maintaining good working relationships with industry professionals and trade partners. We strive to provide a great customer experience." He says. Gordon has a strong enthusiasm for customer service, and enjoys working for a company that provides long term solutions to building envelope problems.
Matt Sherrick: Sales Manager
Matt spent two years actively installing siding and windows, and two years as a project estimator before earning the Sales Manager position at Aspen Exteriors in 2007. He possesses the experiences of skilled craftsman, customer service and marketing skills. Matt has spent the last 6 years as a student to the ever changing construction industry, and is trained in the application of many different types of siding, and the latest waterproofing techniques. He brings to Aspen a high level of customer service, communication, project estimation and general construction knowledge. Matt believes in selling and producing quality projects that will protect and enhance all of the properties we renovate. Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and is an avid Oregon Duck fan.

Mike Henninger: Production Manager
Mike has worked in the Construction industry for over 16 years. He started in the industry working for his family business, and then worked for one of the country’s largest premier homebuilders. There he earned awards such as “MVP” and “Field Manager of the Year”. Mike as also a combat medic in the military. Mike Started with Aspen in 2009. His main responsibilities at Aspen are, scheduling our projects and project managers, and keep projects running smoothly- on time and on budget. He has an excellent sense of professionalism and customer service. Mike’s knowledge of construction, and the latest building technologies and practices make him a strong leader in our company.
Crystal Riker: Office Manager
Crystal is Aspen Exterior’s Office Manager. Her duties include bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project manager assistance, healthcare administrator, and customer service expert. Crystal attends Clackamas Community College as an honor student. She holds a QuickBooks Pro Certificate, Excel Certification, and accounting classes. She has been with Aspen since 2007 and has a solid knowledge of the construction industry. Her customer service experience and organization skills are an important asset to Aspen Exteriors.
Andy Leisman: Project Manager/Public Relations
Andy has been with Aspen Exteriors for over 3 years and in the construction industry for 16. Andy manages several of Aspen’s large projects and is responsible for customer relations, and business development. Andy has gained much of his knowledge through business related classes, and hands-on experience. Andy strives to exceed every customer’s expectation and provide exceptional customer service. Andy is constantly raising the bar for himself and the teams he manages, by implementing new and established procedures and using the highest quality products and materials.
Keri Harker: Marketing Director/Brand Representative
Keri is Aspen Siding & Windows' Marketing Director. She is responsible for developing marketing and communication plans, website maintenance, advertising strategies and brand development. Among her skills, Keri possesses experience gained in the property management field, specifically knowledge of homeowners associations and condominium communities. She also worked in retail management for several years specializing in store merchandising. What she wants people to know about Aspen Siding & Windows is that "we take pride in our work. Our work is quality. Our work is honest."
Blake Parker: Residential & Commercial Project Manager
Blake has been in in the construction industry since 1999. His experience comes from several years as a General Contractor for an interior and exterior renovation company. Blake is passionate about customer service and satisfaction. He believes that communication, quality materials, and skilled and knowledgeable crews are key to making a customer happy and a job a success. Blake is certified in Fortifiber building systems home moisture protection, and understands what it takes to protect the exterior of a home in the Pacific Northwest. He is a strong team player and has an excellent eye for detail.
John McCoun: Project Manager
John McCoun is a project manager at Aspen Exteriors. He has extensive experience in construction framing. John was a licensed framer for 6 years and worked in a sales position for a number of years. He is a certified Fortifiber installer, and educated in building code requirements. John has incredible customer service skills and brings a lot of energy to his jobsite and keeps his crews motivated and informed. As a project manager, he says scheduling and follow up are some of the most important aspects of his responsibilities. The thing he wants people to know about Aspen Exteriors is "the quality of our craftsmanship, the caring and follow-up of our project managers and employees are very important to everyone here".
Alika Nee: Sales Representative
Alika has spent the last 8 years in sales and purchasing in construction related fields. He brings a strong desire to service our clients at the highest level through attention to detail, and a passion for excellence in customer service. Alika is known for setting high standards for himself and the work he performs.
"Aspen is innovative in the way we use multimedia sources to communicate to our customers, as well as being on the forefront of using eco-friendly products and building practices" Says Alika. He enjoys working for a company that understands quality.
